Raw material surveys
The company has established its own unique, strict guidelines with regard to the raw materials which are supplied and uses only those that have cleared standards on safety, traceability, components, the presence or otherwise of harmful substances, gene recombination and residual pesticides, etc.
Hygiene control
Itoh Kanpo Pharmaceutical is working every day on hygiene instruction including sterilization upon entry to manufacturing workplaces, the wearing of gloves and masks and the health management of employees, etc. The company is committed to working while preserving a clean environment at all times by establishing things like air showers and air curtains for entry into rooms, etc.
Quality inspections
Itoh Kanpo Pharmaceutical also carries out microbial testing on products (general live bacteria, coli bacteria, etc.) as well as arsenic and heavy metal measurement and quantification of active ingredients. In addition, the company is also able to carry out residual pesticide testing at its own facilities.
