Development of the products

What kind of products can be produced?

Various forms such as tablets, soft capsules, hard capsules, pills, powders, and granules can be manufactured for food. A variety of packaging forms such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, aluminum bag, three-sided seal packaging, four-sided seal packaging, and sticks are available upon request. Paper cartons coated with aluminum and glass bottles are available for soft drinks. We have manufacturing licenses for both quasi-drugs and cosmetics and we are able to manufacture tablets, folded powders, and medicinal herbs for bath liquids. Since we have years of experience in Chinese medicine, please feel free to ask us about pharmaceutical product manufacturing as well.

We want to make a new product. Can we make a vendible, differentiated commodity?

We will propose not only trendy new materials but also commodities suitable for your company's sales channels. In addition, we will propose ideas based on historic data from our company's products or market trends. Timely provision of information is available since we have partnerships with a number of materials and processing manufacturers.

Which formulation is best: a soft capsule, a hard capsule, a tablet, or a granule?

It depends on a shape of the material, whether it is a powder or oil, as well as the number of ingredients or prescription, keeping excipients to a minimum. As it can also be affected by cost, we will propose the best formulation upon request.

What is a minimum lot for an order?

Production lots differ depending on the form, such as tablets, capsules, or beverages. Please refer to each specification in the economy lot. Please do not hesitate to consult us about a minimum lot. We will accommodate various customer needs. In addition, a lot may be developed for print materials, too. As we propose a plan to minimize waste, please feel free to consult us.

How long is the delivery time?

This cannot be generally answered since it depends on the type of material and the manufacturing line, as well as the form of packaging or wrapping. In general, it takes about a month for repeated production. We will adjust the schedule to meet your demand as much as possible, even if the delivery time is shortened. It may take three to four months to launch a new product while confirmation of suitability as a pharmaceutical preparation, quality identification, and an acceleration test to guarantee the shelf life are conducted.

How much is the cost?

We cannot generalize costs since this depends on compound materials, loadings, and forms. Packaging materials can affect costs, so please tell us your requirements first.

We want to make a stylish package.

A contract manufacturer will respond to a special design. Multiple contract manufacturers will also propose ideas for materials to meet your demand.

Safety track record

What are the quality control standards for security and safety?

As a pharmaceutical manufacturer, we conduct a quality control for each process based not only on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), but also Health Food Ingredient GMP Standards and ISO9001 (Quality Management System). Tests for general bacteria, coliform bacteria, arsenic, and heavy metals are conducted at our company to ensure a quick response. We offer secure and safe products by conducting pesticide residue testing for some materials.

Support system

We do not know which items should be included on the package label.

The package must list the minimum legally designated ingredients. If analysis from an outside agency is needed, additional expenses will be incurred. No cost will be incurred for analysis of the following five ingredients as they are analyzed at our company: calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and sodium. Please consult with us regarding analysis of other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
In addition, our specialized department will take care of the preparation and confirmation of the legally designated ingredients. Please feel free to contact us anytime.

We are worried that we might violate a law when we are preparing sales phrases or documents.

We will provide advice with consideration to laws such as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, the Food Sanitation Act, and the Health Promotion Act, as based on the knowledge that has been acquired overtime through sales of our company's products.
